Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:30 AM at the latest.

We offer flexible arrival and departure days to accommodate different lengths of stay and the wishes of many guests to arrive during the week.

Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining payment can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Unfortunately, payment by card is not possible.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 90 days before the arrival date can be made free of charge (the deposit will be refunded).
• For cancellations between 90 and 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
• For cancellations between 30 and 7 days before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the agreed booking price, including the deposit.
• For cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

To ensure a worry-free holiday, we recommend taking out the “Roter Hahn” cancellation protection insurance when booking your stay. This covers the cancellation fees. More information about the cost and how to take out the insurance can be found here.
